Job Title: Janitorial Maintenance Specialist

 

Salary:

AED 1,500 - AED 1,800 per month (based on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and organized janitorial maintenance specialist to join our team at Gulfa Mineral Water and Processing Industries LLC in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our office premises.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the office, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
  • Serve refreshments such as tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests as required.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining the pantry, ensuring supplies are stocked and well-organized.
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
  • Support office staff with basic administrative tasks as needed, such as photocopying or filing documents.
  • Monitor and report on office supply inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Provide a professional demeanor when interacting with employees and visitors.

 

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to multitask and work independently.
  • A professional and approachable attitude.
  • Fundamental knowledge of office hygiene and maintenance.
