Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Aluminum/Metal Fabrication Specialist to join our team. As a highly skilled professional, you will be responsible for creating and assembling a wide range of aluminum and metal products, catering to various industries and projects. Your expertise in precision cutting, welding, and shaping will be essential in delivering high-quality and durable fabrications.

**YOU WILL ALSO SUPERVISE AND WORK AS A SALES PERSON TO DRIVE IN CUSTOMERS.**

Key Responsibilities:
1. Fabrication Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of aluminum and metal fabrication techniques to craft a diverse array of products, including but not limited to doors, windows, frames, railings, fences, and other custom-designed structures.

2. Precision Cutting and Shaping: Operate cutting tools, saws, and metal shears to accurately cut aluminum and metal materials to specified dimensions and shapes. Ensure precise measurements and adherence to project blueprints.

3. Welding and Joining: Proficiently weld, braze, or solder metal components together, ensuring strong and durable connections. Maintain a high standard of welding quality to meet industry and safety standards.

4. Finishing and Polishing: Employ finishing techniques such as grinding, sanding, and polishing to smoothen and refine the fabricated surfaces, ensuring an aesthetically appealing and professional finish.

5. Material Selection: Assist in selecting the appropriate aluminum and metal materials for each project, considering factors like strength, weight, cost, and durability.

6. Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of completed works to verify their quality and adherence to project specifications. Address any defects or issues promptly, ensuring final products meet the required standards.

7. Safety Compliance: Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery and working with hazardous materials. Promote a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.

8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to interpret design plans and contribute your fabrication expertise during the project planning and execution phases.

9. Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain fabrication equipment to ensure they remain in optimal working condition. Report any equipment issues to the relevant authorities for prompt resolution.

10. Adaptability: Be flexible and open to learning new fabrication techniques and incorporating innovative approaches to enhance the efficiency and quality of our aluminum and metal works.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Aluminum/Metal Fabrication Specialist, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the UAE.
- Proficiency in using cutting, welding, and shaping tools to work with aluminum and various metals.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques and best practices, with an eye for detail and precision.
- Familiarity with project blueprints and ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent understanding of safety guidelines and adherence to workplace safety protocols.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming fabrication challenges.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 per month
