Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Female Kiosk Promoter to join our team and play a key role in promoting our luxury services. As a representative of our brand, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing product knowledge, and driving sales.
Key Accountabilities:
- Client Interaction: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Service Delivery: Deliver exceptional service standards, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Awareness: Stay up-to-date on our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Kiosk Presentation: Ensure the kiosk is visually appealing, well-organized, and stocked with promotional materials.
- Performance Management: Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
Requirements:
- Candidate Profile: Female candidates only with proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Personal Qualities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a presentable, energetic, and approachable personality.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
