A talented HR & Admin Manager is required by my client, a global business services organization, to fill a newly created position.
The RoleThis strategic role involves reporting directly to the General Manager on site. The responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures.
- Leading a team of approximately 10 HR & Admin staff members.
- Managing the internal recruitment process.
- Reviewing and optimizing compensation and benefits packages.
- Coordinating new employee onboarding and integration.
- Implementing performance management and evaluation processes.
- Facilitating employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Preparing regular HR reports for the GM and Group.
- Handling daily HR and administrative tasks.
- Providing support to the contracts team as needed.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a generalist HR management position.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An educational background in Europe.
- Fluent English language proficiency, with French being highly desirable.
- A confident personality able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
