About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • User-Centered Design: Demonstrate a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and techniques, and advocate for them across the organization.
  • Client Relationships: Build a deep level of trust with our clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored UX solutions.
  • Research and Analysis: Plan and facilitate research activities, including user and stakeholder research, and UX design workshops with stakeholders.
  • Design Deliverables: Define key user interface behaviors through the use of experience models, personas, storyboards, site maps, flow diagrams, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, simulations, and service blueprints.
  • Design Guidelines: Develop and maintain user interaction design guidelines as part of our clients' larger UX design system initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other internal disciplines, including strategists, UI designers, writers, business analysts, frontend developers, backend developers, and PMs, to deliver innovative and effective user experience solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4 years of experience as a UX professional, skilled in human-centered design, with expertise in both information architecture and digital interactive experience design for component-driven responsive web and mobile applications.
  • Portfolio: A great portfolio of customer experience examples and storytelling, featuring user research activities, audience definition, experience mapping, site/app mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and functional spec writing.
  • Skills: Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Cloud, experience with presentation/prototyping tools like Figma, InVision, Marvel, Axure, Adobe XD, HTML/JS/CSS, and other tools.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of the best practices for UX and interaction design for responsive experiences, and an understanding of accessibility design issues.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Agile Process Experience: Experience with agile processes and methodologies.
  • Requirements Gathering: Experience with requirements gathering and analysis.
  • Mobile App Design: Experience with designing for content management systems (Sitecore, Acquia) and mobile app design.
