About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team at Talent Pal. As a UX Design Lead, you will be responsible for discovering, researching, designing, and defining UX solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build trust with clients as the UX subject matter expert.
  • Plan and facilitate research activities and UX design workshops with stakeholders.
  • Define key user interface behaviors through experience models, personas, user journeys, and design artifacts.
  • Translate customer insights into tangible design deliverables within defined timelines.
  • Develop and maintain user interaction design guidelines as part of our clients' larger UX design system initiatives.
  • Work hand-in-hand with UX Designers and Front End Developers to craft highly engaging digital experiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other internal disciplines to deliver projects and programs of work that exceed our clients' high expectations.

What You'll Bring
  • A great portfolio of customer experience examples and storytelling.
  • Experience with responsive design and accessibility.
  • 5+ years of experience as a UX professional with expertise in human-centered design.
  • Proven experience owning projects from start to finish.
  • Ability to lead UX workshops with team members and clients.
  • Experience using research and data to guide recommendations.
  • Experience designing complex and/or task-based applications.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Figma.
  • Experience with presentation/prototyping tools like InVision, Marvel, or Axure.
  • Proficiency with Sketch and Adobe Creative Cloud.
