Parsons Oman is seeking a highly experienced HSE Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, health, and environmental well-being of our employees, contractors, and clients.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in occupational safety and health management. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in HSE, with a minimum of 10 years in a managerial capacity. A bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field is required, along with a professional certification such as CSP, NEBOSH Diploma, or IOSH.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective HSE plans, programs, and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support, supervision, and training to project HSE managers and personnel.
- Conduct regular HSE audits, inspections, and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with site management to implement ESHARP Manual and company QHSE and Sustainability processes.
- Monitor project safety performance and conduct risk assessments to prevent accidents and incidents.
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 15 years experience in HSE, with 10+ years in a managerial capacity.
- Professional certification (i.e., CSP, NEBOSH Diploma, NVQ Level 6, IOSH, or similar).
- Thorough knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ADOSH SF, EAD regulations and reporting procedures.
