Job Title: Operational Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Operational Team Leader to join our team at Dubai Holding Group.

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations on the beach and ensuring that all staff follow standard operating procedures set by management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior supervisors and management with daily operational requirements.
  • Lead the day-to-day operation on the beach as per guidelines given by senior supervisors and management.
  • Conduct daily inspections of all beach facilities, including washrooms, showers, sunbeds, day rooms, kiosks, and the beach area.
  • Ensure money handling procedures are followed as set by management and finance department guidelines.
  • Encourage cashiers and beach attendants to maximize sales and provide excellent customer service.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints, reporting back to senior supervisors and management.
  • Perform other duties as required by management.
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements set out by management.
