The primary responsibility of the Influencer Campaign Coordinator is to guarantee the timely execution of influencer campaigns while adhering to internal protocols. This role involves continuously seeking partnerships and efficiencies across the influencer strategies and digital platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat). Additionally, this position may encompass specific projects linked to innovation and influencer trial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy in campaign executions (brand visibility and performance), managing the entire process to align with timelines and achieve set objectives.
  • Continuously seek efficiencies and maintain synergy among various media channels.
  • Engage with external sources to stay informed about industry and consumer trends.
  • Collaborate with the Analytics and Insights Manager/Marketing Technologist to implement a consumer-focused data strategy, understanding fundamental data structures and business flows across relevant systems.
  • Participate in special projects related to innovation and influencer trial strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a Media Agency, Media House, or as a Media Manager for an Advertiser is preferred.
  • Experience in setting up, optimizing, and reporting on digital campaigns.
  • Experience with Consumer-Packaged Goods companies is highly advantageous.
  • Must be accountable, independent, organized, curious, dedicated, and analytical.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital advertising platforms such as Google AdWords and Facebook Business Manager.
  • Experience with ad serving and audit tools (e.g., Sizmek, MOAT, Comscore) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
