Position Overview

Reap HR Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will possess approximately two years of experience in a similar managerial role.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide training to housekeeping staff on cleaning and maintenance procedures.
  • Supervise daily activities of the housekeeping team.
  • Conduct inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
  • Organize staff schedules and manage replacements during absences.
  • Set and communicate cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards to the team.
  • Encourage team members and address any workplace issues.
  • Handle customer feedback and special requests effectively.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Participate in large-scale cleaning initiatives as necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation regulations across all areas.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar capacity.
  • Practical experience in cleaning and maintenance tasks within large facilities.
  • Proficient in using industrial cleaning equipment and products.
  • Strong organizational and team leadership skills.
  • Physical stamina to meet the demands of the role.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • A high school diploma is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: AED 2500, including accommodation and visa support.
