Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Housing Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of our staff accommodation facilities.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role, with knowledge of housekeeping procedures and maintenance reporting. They will possess strong organizational and time management skills, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills.

The Housing Attendant will be responsible for checking common areas, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards, and monitoring the cleaning of public areas. They will also be responsible for logging maintenance requests and following up on pending tasks.

  • Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in all common areas
  • Monitoring the cleaning of public areas, including hallways, staircases, lifts, sitting rooms, and telephone/electrical rooms
  • Logging maintenance requests and following up on pending tasks
  • Preparing and setting up rooms for new team members
