The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating import and export operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Responsibilities

• Create and share shipping documents, coordinate with forwarders and customers, nominate freight forwarders, and obtain quotations.

• Provide and update reports with shipment analysis, maintain the Import and Export tracker daily.

• Ensure freight costs stay within budget, regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Nominate local truck, collaborate with the Purchase team for order updates and clearance documents.

Requirements

• Experience: 2 to 3 years in logistics.

• Excellent knowledge of GCC export, Gulf & JAFZA customs, and Dubai Trade Regulations.

• Excellent negotiation, administrative, and time management skills, especially in MS Office, with good communication skills.
