Nous recherchons un individu hautement qualifié pour le poste de Directeur Financier. Vous serez responsable des exigences comptables et financières de l'établissement.

Responsabilités de ce poste

  • Superviser le département des Finances et de la Comptabilité afin d'assurer son bon fonctionnement, garantissant que tous les rapports financiers et de gestion soient précis et disponibles dans les délais impartis.
  • Veiller à ce que les livres, les dossiers et les comptes soient tenus avec précision et reflètent équitablement les transactions et l'administration des actifs de l'établissement.
  • Élaborer et maintenir des états financiers annuels précis, en conformité avec les Normes Internationales d'Information Financière et les exigences nationales.
  • Assurer le respect des obligations légales et réglementaires pour les entités juridiques concernées.
  • Garantir la conformité avec le Système Uniforme de Comptabilité pour l'industrie hôtelière et les termes de l'accord de gestion de l'hôtel.
  • Établir des contrôles de gestion de trésorerie solides, préparer des prévisions de flux de trésorerie mensuelles et recommander des actions en conséquence.
  • S'assurer que tous les comptes de bilan soient entièrement réconciliés chaque mois et que les écarts soient immédiatement identifiés et corrigés.
  • Réaliser des analyses opérationnelles détaillées et des revues avec les parties prenantes pertinentes pour optimiser les performances et atteindre les objectifs financiers convenus, minimisant ainsi les écarts par rapport au budget et à l'année précédente.
  • Diriger la préparation des budgets annuels et des prévisions mensuelles; établir et/ou recommander à la direction des objectifs économiques majeurs et des politiques pour l'établissement.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les parties prenantes sur la planification et l'exécution des investissements en capital, y compris la comptabilité appropriée, l'analyse du retour sur investissement et les revues post-investissement.
  • Rapporter mensuellement et agir en tant que liaison avec les groupes régionaux, corporatifs et de gestion d'actifs sur la performance financière de l'établissement.
  • Travailler en partenariat avec le Directeur Général et le comité exécutif de l'établissement, agissant en tant que conseiller commercial et défenseur des risques.
  • Maintenir une communication étroite avec des tiers tels que les auditeurs publics, les auditeurs externes et les autorités locales.
  • Fournir une formation au sein de l'établissement pour améliorer les compétences financières de l'équipe de direction dans son ensemble. Être le "coach" des équipes financières de l'hôtel et des managers non financiers.
  • Établir des plans de développement individuel pour chaque collègue en finance et s'efforcer de leur développement futur.
  • Assurer la conformité avec les directives financières de l'entreprise et la délégation d'autorité ainsi que toutes les exigences légales, fiscales et réglementaires.
  • Coordonner avec l'Audit Interne sur la conformité selon les politiques financières de l'entreprise, la gouvernance, les risques et la fraude.
  • Se conformer au code de conduite de l'entreprise et signaler toute variation.
  • Surveiller les problèmes juridiques impliquant l'établissement et en faire rapport au propriétaire et au bureau corporatif en conséquence.
  • Maintenir des relations avec les auditeurs externes et examiner leurs constatations et recommandations.
  • Examiner et certifier tout rapport financier interne ou externe de l'hôtel avant sa distribution.

À propos de vous

Le candidat idéal pour ce poste possédera les qualifications et l'expérience suivantes:

  • Diplôme de licence en commerce, en affaires, en comptabilité ou dans un domaine similaire.
  • Accréditation professionnelle en comptabilité telle que ACA, ACCA, CPA, CGMA, CMA.
  • Un Master en Administration des Affaires (MBA) est souhaitable.
  • Un minimum de 4 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
  • Compétences en leadership solides.
  • Compétences avancées en Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Connaissance d'Opera Cloud, SUN, solutions ERP telles qu'Oracle / SAP souhaitable.
