The First Gulf Bank PJSC is seeking a talented Executive Director to lead the Product Development team within its Securities Services division.
Job Description- Taking ownership and responsibility for the product development of Fund Administration (FA) & Middle Office (MO) and Custody products within the Securities Services business.
- Engaging with prospects in coordination with the Client Management Team to grow the FA, MO & Custody business.
- Seeking opportunities to increase products to enhance revenue while focused on cost optimization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance, legal and regulatory environments, as well as experience in building and managing teams of senior executives and executing against agreed blueprints.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related discipline. MBA and/or professional qualifications preferred.
- 12+ years' securities services experience in the banking sector with at least 7 years in similar positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities in a senior function.
- Strategic thinker and agent for change.
