  • Business Problem-Solving: Analyzing and solving business problems with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities.
  • Communication: Communicating complex analysis and insights to stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Data Retrieval: Retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Business Acumen: Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
  • SQL Skills: Experience with SQL and data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.
  • Business Recommendations: Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Executive-Level Experience: Experience partnering with executive-level leaders to identify and solve business issues.
