About the Role

This role will involve working as part of a multidisciplinary team on various projects, applying technical skills in structural analysis and design. Key responsibilities include conducting numerical analysis, preparing technical reports, utilizing software for engineering design, participating in site visits and design team meetings.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and a proactive approach to learning and development. You will also need to possess knowledge of local, national, and international standards for design, construction, and safety, as well as proficiency in engineering software tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS, SolidWorks, and MATLAB or Excel. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of finite element analysis, construction methods, and material science. Furthermore, you should be able to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with structural design and construction projects, estimate project costs accurately, and communicate complex engineering concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
