Weare seeking a highly skilled and experiencedStructural Engineer with a proventrack record in overseeing the structural aspects of highrisebuilding projects specifically in the UAE. The ideal candidate willpossess extensive knowledge of structural engineering principlesand practices coupled with a strong understanding of siteoperations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contributeto the construction of iconic skysers in one of the worlds mostdynamic and fastpaced constructionenvironments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provideexpert guidance and oversight on all structural engineering aspectsof highrise building projects/ Towers ensuring compliance withlocal regulations and internationalstandards.
  • Collaborate closely with the designand construction teams to review and evaluate structural drawingsspecifications and calculations.
  • Conductthorough site inspections to assess structural integrity identifypotential risks and propose effective solutions to mitigatethem.
  • Monitor the progress of structural worksonsite ensuring adherence to approved designs specifications andquality standards.
  • Work closely withcontractors subcontractors and suppliers to resolve anystructuralrelated issues or challenges encountered duringconstruction.
  • Review and approve methodstatements shop drawings and material submittals related tostructural works.
  • Conduct regular structuralassessments and provide recommendations for strengthening ormodification as necessary.
  • Preparecomprehensive reports documentation and correspondence related tostructural engineering activities.
  • Act as atechnical liaison between the project team clients and relevantauthorities addressing any structuralrelated queries or concernspromptly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelorsdegree in civil or Structural Engineering from a reputableinstitution. Masters degree is aplus.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license orequivalent certificationpreferred.
  • Minimum of 10 13 yearsof experience in structural engineering with a focuson highrise building projects or Towers in the UAE amust.
  • Proven track record ofsuccessfully delivering structural engineeringsolutions.
  • Indepthknowledge of UAE building codes regulations and constructionpractices.
  • Must have Sitesupervision experience.
  • Strongproficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS SAP2000or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills withthe ability to effectively liaise with multidisciplinary teamsclients
  • andstakeholders.
  • Sound understanding of siteoperations construction methodologies and safetyprotocols.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpacedenvironment and manage multiple prioritieseffectively.
  • Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail andaccuracy.
