Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support sales data, product data, and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and collaborative support to junior business analysts, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of strategic business initiatives, driving business growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent quantitative training.
  • At least 7 years of experience in data analysis, interpretation, and team/project management.
  • Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Mastery of data visualization tools, including Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik Sense.
  • Excellent experience with Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
  • Strong teamwork, self-confidence, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Substantial experience with ERP and CRM systems, with a basic understanding of Business Intelligence tools.

Language Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) are highly desirable.
