Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures
  • Achieve individual objectives by utilizing good time management skills and responding to incoming communications, including e-mails, inbound calls from customers and field associates, and direct mail.
  • Initiate collection efforts from managed cross-divisional customers via phone and e-mail, utilizing collection strategies to resolve complex customer account issues.
  • May be required to utilize knowledge of credit systems to identify and resolve issues such as disputes, unapplied cash, reconciliation, refunds, etc.
