Job Overview

The Product Executive - Respiratory Management Specialist will be responsible for promoting products and services to customers, identifying new sales prospects, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer satisfaction to maximize profits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Knowledge:
    • Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and analyze market trends to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
    • Identify product improvements and new products to evaluate their position in the industry and plan for their release.
    • Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Business Development:
    • Establish contact with new customers to inform them of our products and brands, understanding their needs and customizing the offer.
    • Provide potential customers with support, information, and guidance by performing product demonstrations and gathering feedback.
    • Follow up with new customers to negotiate contracts and packages, ensuring all details are compliant with company rules and regulations.
  • Marketing:
    • Coordinate with the marketing department for new materials and maintain relationships with existing customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
    • Recommend new products to existing customers based on their needs and provide support, information, and guidance to ensure a strong relationship.
    • Assist customers in answering product-related questions in a professional and timely manner and recommend new service improvements to further build on the relationship.
    • Negotiate contracts and packages with existing customers and maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing company standards.
  • Operating Theatre:
    • Attend surgeries with doctors and nurses and assist with any issues related to equipment.
  • Data Track:
    • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and maintaining accurate records of all products sold.
  • Orders:
    • Place orders with the concerned purchase coordinator.
  • Invoicing:
    • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure proper invoicing of products and follow up on collection/payment.
  • Delivery:
    • Follow up with the procurement and logistics team to ensure timely delivery and coordinate with the warehouse for timely deliveries.
  • Application:
    • Conduct training sessions for customers and assist with equipment usage, running validation tests to ensure understanding, and solving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably with ICU/OT products or respiratory therapy experience.
  • Job Specific Skills: Sound technical knowledge of human anatomy, medical field, good communication and presentation skills, negotiation skills, and MS Office skills.
  • Additional Details: The candidate should be based in the UAE and willing to move to a company visa.
