We are seeking a highly motivated Beauty and Fragrance Coach to join our team in the Middle East. As a coach, you will play a critical role in helping our brand representatives develop the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury beauty, particularly fragrances, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that our retail teams meet their sales goals and provide a consistent level of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach brand representatives and promoters on product knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Work closely with the Sell Through & Education Manager to define coaching plans and support key markets in the Middle East region.
  • Develop and maintain coaching materials to align with business goals and opportunities identified in the region.
  • Create and maintain induction coaching for new joiners, including brand storytelling and product knowledge.
  • Maintain records for systematic tracking, monitoring, and coaching purposes.
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as required.
