We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Executive to support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns for Fragrance World. The ideal candidate will excel in campaign coordination, communication, data tracking, and identifying and closing influencer partnerships. This role is integral to driving brand visibility and engagement through seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Execution:
    1. Assist in implementing influencer marketing campaigns as directed by the Influencer Marketing Manager.
    2. Identify, approach, and close agreements with influencers that align with the brand's ethos.
    3. Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely delivery of content and adherence to campaign guidelines.
    4. Facilitate the timely shipping of products to influencers and track deliveries.
    5. Monitor influencer-generated content uploads, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand messaging.
    6. Collect and organize campaign performance data for reporting and analysis.
  2. Communication and Relationship Management:
    1. Maintain clear and professional communication with influencers throughout the campaign lifecycle.
    2. Address influencer queries and provide guidance to ensure campaign success.
    3. Assist in identifying and onboarding new influencers aligned with the brand.
    4. Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers for long-term partnerships.
  3. Content Oversight:
    1. Ensure influencer-created content meets brand standards and campaign objectives.
    2. Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to integrate influencer content into broader brand strategies.
    3. Schedule and oversee the uploading of content across platforms to ensure timely execution.
  4. Data Management and Reporting:
    1. Track campaign performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversions.
    2. Maintain accurate records of influencer collaborations and deliverables using Excel or other tools.
    3. Prepare detailed performance reports for review and optimization.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing, preferably in beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle industries.
  3. Strong proficiency in Excel for data tracking and reporting.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with influencers effectively.
  5. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  6. Ability to identify, recruit, and close collaborations with influencers.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  8. Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and their analytics.
  9. Willing to relocate to Dubai.

Preferred Requirements:

  1. Familiarity with influencer marketing tools like Upfluence, AspireIQ, Traackr, or similar platforms.
  2. Experience in tracking and optimizing campaign performance metrics.
  3. Passion for storytelling and understanding of current trends in influencer marketing.
  4. Existing relationships or experience working with influencers in the beauty or lifestyle space.
