The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the packaging industry. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Achieving sales targets and contributing to overall business growth.
  • Conducting market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Developing and presenting sales proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals effectively.
  • Providing excellent customer service and following up on client feedback.
  • Coordinating with the internal team to ensure timely product delivery and service.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
  • Attending industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's services.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales; experience in packaging sales is highly preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car.
  • Proficiency in Hindi or Tagalog is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
