Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate development sector. The ideal candidate must be efficient, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure while delivering tasks in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  2. Prepare accurate financial reports and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  3. Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and improve profitability.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial management across projects.
  5. Manage cash flow, monitor expenditures, and optimize cost-efficiency.
  6. Ensure timely completion of financial tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  7. Handle audits and maintain accurate financial records.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Professional certifications like CPA, CFA, or ACCA are a plus).
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management within the real estate development industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of financial principles, local regulations, and real estate market trends.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  7. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
