E-Commerce and Social Media Marketing Specialist

Mazrui International is seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce and Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective e-commerce and social media strategies to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • E-Commerce Platform Management: Establish and maintain e-commerce platforms, including payment gateways and delivery processes.
  • Content Creation and Management: Handle e-commerce portal content, plan and add new categories and products, and manage product listings, descriptions, and pricing across e-commerce platforms.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast channel reports by collecting, summarizing, and interpreting data.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple platforms and sales channels.
  • SEO and Paid Advertising: Develop and implement an effective SEO strategy to improve website rankings, increase organic traffic, and enhance conversion rates. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth, benchmark performance, and differentiate our online store from competitors.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis on website performance, SEO rankings, advertising campaigns, and other relevant metrics to key stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with web developers to enhance or resolve technical website issues.
Social Media Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management: Handle official company pages on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google Business to generate leads and entice the target audience.
  • Content Creation: Write creative and distinctive content to publish in all platforms.
  • Strategy Development: Work with content creators, graphic designers, and other professionals to plan a successful social media strategy.
  • Outcome Evaluation: Evaluate the outcome of online campaigns through real-time metrics and relevant tools.
  • Trend Analysis: Take the initiative to understand modern trends and social media platforms to aim at a high level of user engagement.
  • Promotional Campaigns: Managing and executing promotional campaigns.
  • Client Database: Initiate WhatsApp campaigns, keep track of all communications, and maintain a client database.
