Job Description:
Sales Account ManagementThis role involves managing relationships with a large territory of Mid-Market clients' accounts as a full sales cycle seller.
The objective is to drive sales/upsell/cross-sell in a comprehensive selling motion, across all Visa products and solutions, which includes virtual engagement and system touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply knowledge of how Visa products and offerings are used to enable business goals or overcome business challenges to sell Visa products and offerings and maintain customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Manage current accounts, identify new account opportunities, maintain account plans, create presentation materials that are applicable to all levels of the client organization.
- Forecast sales and have knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact through the procurement process, ensuring sales tools are utilized appropriately and maintained regularly.
- Participate in client communications, and develop and deliver client presentations using phone, video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and webcasts.
- Maintain industry trend knowledge and government regulations that may affect assigned territory.
- Collaborate with digital sales team to develop new business strategies and tactics. Participate in ongoing digital sales trainings.
- 12 years of sales relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
- Fluent in English. Strong proficiency in a second language Albanian is highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of digital sales tools such as Microsoft Dynamics.
- Prior experience in a fullcycle sales role, or related field with a focus on direct client sales.
- Strong ability to communicate basic concepts and exchange ideas and account information clearly and concisely.
- Knowledge of the payments industry preferred.
