Key Qualifications and Experience

Education:

A bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, loss prevention, or environmental science from an accredited institution is required.

Professional Experience:

At least 15 years of relevant experience in the offshore/onshore oil and gas industry, including:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in the GCC region, preferably in a senior role.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in large oil and gas or petrochemical projects, managing a team of engineers and designers.
  3. Experience in concept, FEED, and detailed design project phases.
  4. Experience working on projects for major oil and gas companies is preferred.

Additional Skills:

The ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple project responsibilities is essential.

Desirable Skills:

Experience working with multinational and multicultural project teams is preferred.

Regulatory Knowledge:

A good understanding of regulatory frameworks, international codes, and standards is required.
