  • Task Coordination
    • Coordinate and complete tasks within all areas of the Radiotherapy Department.
  • Resource Management
    • Accountable for the use of patients and hospital resources.

  • Additional Duties
    • Perform additional duties as required.
  • Patient Safety
    • Confirm patient identity, images, and clinical records.
    • Carry out patient safety checks before delivering radiation doses.
  • Image Acquisition
    • Acquire images, data, and reference material for radiotherapy processes.
  • Preparation and Verification
    • Ensure patient preparation has been done and is relevant to the area being scanned and treated.
    • Confirm the location of the region of interest to be scanned.
  • Equipment Selection
    • Select equipment parameters required for image acquisition.
  • Immobilization
    • Select appropriate immobilization devices for the area to be treated.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiation therapy and excellent leadership skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with patients and colleagues.
