Position Overview:

We are looking for a proficient and committed Medical Simulation Technician to enhance our advanced medical simulation facility. The ideal candidate will be tasked with the operation and upkeep of high-fidelity simulation apparatus, aiding medical trainees and educators during instructional sessions, and ensuring the seamless execution of simulation-driven educational activities.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Manage and diagnose issues with medical simulation devices, including manikins, task trainers, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Facilitate the preparation and dismantling of simulation scenarios, ensuring all apparatus is operational.
  • Collaborate with educators to design and execute simulation scenarios that meet educational goals.
  • Oversee simulation sessions, providing technical assistance to guarantee realistic and effective training experiences.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on simulation devices to minimize operational interruptions.
  • Maintain an inventory of simulation supplies and ensure all equipment is current and functioning properly.
