Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Office Agent to join our team at Kempinski Hotels. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience for our valued guests.

Responsibilities
  1. Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Welcome arriving guests, register them, assign rooms, and accommodate special requests whenever possible. Use suggestive selling techniques to promote hotel services.
  2. Service Excellence: Ensure LQA results are above 85%. Verify guest payment methods, process payments, and balance cash floats accurately.
  3. Communication: Answer guest inquiries, provide information, and take appropriate actions or refer matters to relevant personnel. Handle messages, complaints, and safe deposit boxes professionally.
  4. Coordination: Update room status with housekeeping department on late check-outs, early check-ins, and special requests.
  5. Knowledge and Maintenance: Stay informed about product knowledge, daily activities, and meeting events. Maintain working knowledge of room reservation procedures and keep the work area neat.
