Job Summary:
The administrative support specialist and coffee connoisseur will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the office, providing support with administrative tasks, and enhancing the overall office experience. This role requires a proactive individual committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain the office environment, including common areas, meeting rooms, and restrooms.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff.
- Make photocopies and manage document transfers as needed.
- Handle and operate office equipment, including printers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, cappuccino, and various drinks to staff and visitors.
- Ensure all kitchen and break room supplies are stocked and organized.
- Assist with troubleshooting minor issues related to office equipment.
- Assist with any other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of operating printers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
