Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a seasoned senior buyer – bags & accessories to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in category management, supplier negotiation, and product sourcing.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Buying & Assortment Planning: Develop and execute a category buying strategy for bags and accessories, ensuring a balanced and fashion-forward assortment.
  • Sourcing: Identify and source new brands and suppliers to expand the product portfolio and enhance the competitive edge.
  • Supplier Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers, brands, and designers.
  • Market Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with global fashion trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity in the bags & accessories category.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in buying, category management, or merchandising within fashion, accessories, or lifestyle retail/e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, sales forecasting, performance reporting, and inventory optimization.
