Develop and implement innovative solutions to maximize growth and eliminate inefficiencies, leveraging an agile delivery mindset.
Digital TransformationPioneer digital transformation initiatives to implement controls, increase operational efficiencies, and reengineer processes, adopting an agile delivery mindset.
Migration and IntegrationLead migration and integration endeavors with specialization in GM and Finance, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.
Stakeholder ManagementAct as a key stakeholder for all Global Markets rollouts, including physical trading floors and financial products, processes, systems, and controls.
Team LeadershipLead a technofunctional advisory team, providing guidance on Global Markets/Finance best practices, audit point resolutions, and optimization opportunities.

Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accounting, or Finance.
Experience
Extensive track record of delivering technofunctional bankwide projects with proven leadership and managerial experience within a top-tier institution.
Strong business acumen and technical expertise, including systems, infrastructure, and stakeholder management.
Minimum 10-12 years of experience in a similar role in a reputable international/global bank.
