Job Purpose
The School Principal will serve as a strategic and academic leader, responsible for managing policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure a safe and effective learning environment. This includes implementing the instructional program, school improvement plan, and curriculum development.
Key Responsibilities
- Establishing a Culture of Excellence: Embody and promote the Group's Core Values and school governance framework.
- Leadership and Vision: Develop and implement the vision, mission, and education strategy for the school, ensuring long-term plans align with turnover results.
- Curriculum Development and Teaching: Provide professional leadership in curriculum development, teaching, and learning, delivering consistently high standards of education.
- Student Attainment and Progress: Ensure high-quality student achievements by raising the standard of attainment and progress, improving teaching and learning through enriched curriculum and assessment standards.
- Parent-Teacher Partnership: Provide timely feedback to parents on their children's academic and general progress, promoting a partnership for student growth and progress.

- Performance Management: Implement well-developed performance management systems to track teacher, admin, and support staff performance, enhancing expected achievement standards.

- Resource Management: Effectively utilize and manage resources, including staff, equipment, and infrastructure, to run a cost-effective school.
- Human Resource Development: Ensure high-calibre professionals are motivated, trained, developed, engaged, and retained to deliver education and business objectives.
- School Information System: Capture and report vital information about the school and academic achievements, enabling timely management decisions.
- Health and Safety: Administer support facilities smoothly, ensuring efficient and outstanding health and safety guidelines across the school.
About You
We are seeking a confident leader, communicator, and presenter who possesses excellent organisational and planning skills, superior time management abilities, and adeptness with the latest technological developments in teaching, learning, curriculum, and assessments.
A Master's Degree in Education/leadership/school management/NPQH/Master's Degree with a PGCE/PGDE (QTS or relative field) is required, along with equalization certification for degrees. At least 3-5 years of experience as a Principal or Vice-principal or as an SLT is necessary. Experience in UAE is an added advantage. A proven track record in leadership and pedagogic excellence is also required.
