Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk Mitigation and Management: Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of identified risks on our business.
  • Business Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance our risk management framework.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including executive management, to ensure effective communication and alignment on risk management initiatives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular risk management reports to executive management, including key findings, recommendations, and progress updates.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or risk management.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, with a strong background in identifying and mitigating strategic, reputational, operational, financial, legal, and compliance risks.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
