Procurement Manager or Logistics Manager (Experience in Steel only)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced procurement manager or logistics coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of steel industry operations and be able to manage customer orders from receipt to delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve order management, including process optimization and system enhancements.
  • Cordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure seamless integration with production, logistics, sales, and marketing departments.
  • Analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement or logistics, with a strong understanding of steel industry operations.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems and data analysis, with the ability to interpret key performance indicators.
  • A degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field, with relevant certifications a plus.
