- Lead a team of engineers and technicians to design and deliver pipeline projects, ensuring that they are completed to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that pipeline projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services provided.
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Ensure that all pipeline projects are delivered in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in pipeline design and delivery, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry developments.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
- Travel to client sites as required to provide technical support and guidance.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
- Develop and maintain a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in pipeline design and delivery, with a strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers and technicians.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Caesar II/Autopipe, and ArcGIS, with a strong understanding of pipeline design and delivery software and systems.
