YOUR ROLE:

As a key member of the Advertising Team at XECOM LLC, you will collaborate with fellow video editors to craft high-impact advertisements and video sales letters (VSL) tailored for platforms like Facebook and YouTube. Utilizing scripts from expert copywriters and provided video assets, your work will be instrumental in driving our advertising success.

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE:

You are an experienced video editor adept at producing engaging content for advertising purposes. Your ambition is to excel in your field, continually seeking to enhance your skills. You thrive in a collaborative environment where learning and achievement are celebrated.

Your performance will be measured by the conversion rates of your videos. You will be tasked with generating innovative hooks, leads, and variations of successful videos on a daily basis until you achieve optimal results.

Compensation

PAY STRUCTURE:

At XECOM LLC, your earning potential is limitless, as compensation is directly tied to the results you produce. You will receive a base salary of $1500, along with bonuses for each successful video on Facebook and YouTube. The initial month will feature a trial salary of $1200, with opportunities for bonuses still available.

For those who demonstrate exceptional performance, there is potential for advancement to a managerial position within the Video Editing department, overseeing a team of editors in a multilingual setting.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:

You will gain access to premier training resources in Video Editing, Copywriting, and Advertising, including courses from industry leaders such as Jon Benson (creator of VSLs), Stefan Georgi (copywriting expert), VidTao (video editing), and Dan Kennedy (marketing specialist).
