Job Title: IT Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Supervisor to join our team at Accor. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our IT systems, ensuring that all hardware and software are properly maintained and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Operations: Assist the IT Manager in the operation of all computer hardware and software, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Hardware and Software Management: Manage the life cycle of all IT assets, including PCs, servers, and telecommunications equipment.
  • Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Ensure that all IT systems are secure and well-maintained in accordance with Accor's policies and standards.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, including desktop support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and data communication.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain a full inventory of all hardware and software-related supplies.
  • Log Management: Maintain a log of all computer hardware and services calls on computer hardware.
  • Configuration Management: Manage the configuration records, program files, and data files on the computer system.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of computer software and maintain a log of performance reports, error, and integrity check reports, system malfunctions, and solutions.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance for all IT hardware and software on a timely basis.
  • Team Management: Manage the IT Agent/IT Specialist, including assigning daily tasks, providing training, and offering troubleshooting and support in line with corporate standards.
  • Documentation: Document, archive all correspondence and troubleshooting, follow up suppliers' visits and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma in Computer Engineering, MCNA, and CCNA.
  • Experience: 4-5 years of similar experience in a 4-5 star hotel.
