Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical and Instrumentation Project Manager to join our team at Emirates Electrical & Instrumentation Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing electrical and instrumentation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage electrical and instrumentation projects, including planning, execution, and closure.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Manage change control processes and interfaces with subcontractors.
  • Coordinate project monitoring and forecasting activities.
  • Manage project information and ensure timely handover and close-out activities.

Requirements

  • 15 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation projects.
  • 10 years of experience in the UAE or Middle East.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lead Engineer on medium to large-scale projects.
  • Familiarity with applicable codes, standards, and regulations used in the Middle East.
  • HSE compliance and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven project management experience and good understanding of business issues.
  • Good level of experience in the related field, industry, and locations of the work in the UAE with ADNOC Group.
  • Experience working on ADNOC brownfield projects is preferred.
  • Brownfield experience in replacement of switchgears in oil and gas industry.
  • Experience in the use of Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI/In tools) is an asset.
