  • Maintain and clean guests' rooms, including replenishing room supplies, to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests.

  • Inform valets to collect guests' clothes for laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Maintain the public and general areas, including corridors, stairways, and common spaces, to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Report any maintenance-related issues to the Housekeeping Department to ensure prompt attention and resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with hotel colleagues to maintain excellent service standards and provide exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • A warm and friendly personality, with a positive outlook and a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • A desire to always deliver the Shangri-La experience, with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Efficiency and punctuality, with a flexible schedule and ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous customer service and/or housekeeping experience in luxury hospitality/customer service is a plus.
  • A strong understanding of and commitment to the Shangri-La Values.
