About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Unilever. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes, and for driving continuous improvement in our quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical: You will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment, including analytical and microbiological testing methods. You will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of laboratory equipment, and for calibrating and validating equipment as needed.
  • Quality Management: You will be responsible for ensuring that all quality management systems are in place and functioning effectively, including the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and the maintenance of 5S standards in the laboratory.
  • Continuous Improvement: You will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing areas for improvement in the laboratory, and for implementing changes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Documentation Management: You will be responsible for creating, storing, and organizing all laboratory documents to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
  • Quality Inspections: You will be responsible for conducting quality inspections on the production line to ensure that products meet quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry, laboratory management, or engineering.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory environment, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Skills: SAP QM knowledge, ISO certification knowledge, laboratory certification knowledge, and digital basics (Microsoft Office).
  • Leadership: You will be responsible for leading by example, delivering high-quality results, and driving continuous improvement in the laboratory.
