Job Description

You will play a key role in conceptualizing and designing complex MEP systems for high-end luxury residential and hospitality projects as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer. This involves attention to detail, strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach.

  • Design entire Mechanical Systems (Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Smoke Control, Fire Protection, LPG storage and distribution, Drainage and Water) for residential projects, from Concept Design Documents.
  • Efficiently calculating building cooling loads via Authority Approved software.
  • Managing CAD & BIM technical specialists by providing technical instructions and advice to ensure design and layouts are as per AZIZI standards.
  • Coordinating with Submittal Engineers to ensure that submitted documents are as per respective Authorities' requirements as well as record keeping of all Mechanical documents submitted.
