Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate IVF Cycles: Oversee all aspects of the patient's IVF cycle, including pre-cycle planning, monitoring progress, and post-cycle care.
  • Provide Patient Support: Conduct patient consultations, explaining the IVF process, possible risks, and potential outcomes. Offer emotional support and counseling to patients, helping them navigate the challenges and stresses of fertility treatment.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of fertility specialists, embryologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Stay Informed: Stay informed about the latest developments in fertility treatment and reproductive medicine.
  • Develop and Implement Protocols: Assist in the development and implementation of clinic protocols and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Participate in Training Opportunities: Participate in educational and training opportunities to enhance professional competence and keep up-to-date with advancements in the field.
Requirements
  • Valid License: Must have a valid MA, LVN, or RN license.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fertility or reproductive health field.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of the principles and procedures of IVF and other fertility treatments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.

  • Organizational Skills: High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
