Advertising Revenue Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industry Sales Manager to join our team at Dubizzle Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our advertising portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive sales plans to meet or exceed revenue growth targets for your industry.
- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Develop and target a list of key potential clients, matching our products to their needs, and build strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Understand the Media Agency Landscape: Stay up-to-date on market trends and understand the media agency landscape, including key players and decision-makers.
- Drive Sales Activity and Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge, drive high levels of sales activity, and build a strong pipeline of clients across all stages of the sales cycle.
- Deliver High-Quality Media Plans and Proposals: Create well-structured and thorough media plans and proposals that meet client needs and deliver high-quality results.
- Manage Campaigns and Analyze Performance: Actively manage each campaign, improve performance where possible, and analyze performance to guide clients on next steps.
- Provide Accurate Revenue Forecasts: Provide solid weekly and monthly revenue forecasts to management that are accurate and reliable.
- Marketing or Advertising Background: A marketing or advertising-related higher qualification is preferred.
- Advertising Sales Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in an advertising sales position, with 2 years in online media.
- Real Estate Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in real estate.
- Technical Skills: Experience in Salesforce and Google Ad Manager is a plus, and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, Google Slides and Sheets is required.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
- Drive and Work Rate: A high level of sales activity is expected, and a high work rate is required.
