- Prior success in Enterprise SaaS sales with a proven ability to break into new accounts.
- Deep understanding of the challenges and ability to engage with technical and executive stakeholders within the Saudi region.
- Experience selling into regional Enterprise accounts.
- Passion for Open Source and Elastic's community-driven approach.
- Able to navigate complex procurement processes while maintaining agility and speed.
- Willingness and ability to relocate to Saudi Arabia once Elastic establishes its office in Riyadh.
