About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving profitable growth for AtkinsRéalis across our Middle East business. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing all service delivery, inclusive of win work, client management and delivery of services for clients & projects for the Leisure & Entertainment Market for the Middle East.

Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Profitable Delivery: Overall responsibility for the Leisure & Entertainment Market within the Middle East business. This includes but is not limited to bid reviews and drafting, KAM & Client Development, bid reporting, proactive win work, revenue management, capture planning, working at risk, and project review process.
2. Market Lead – Operational Excellence: Ensure that the best tools, techniques and approaches are utilised across your Market. Identify new ways of working where required that will improve the commercial performance of your Market. This includes process & procedures definition, market risk management, market trends identification, and project delivery oversight.
3. Leadership & Management: Establish and develop the overall behaviours for success within the Market. Ensuring positive behaviours and responsibilities are encouraged, developed and endorsed in the management of organisation design & operating model, collaborative behaviours, learning & development, market team budget & deployment, training, technical excellence, lessons learnt, digital transformation, and PDR & team development.

Key Interfaces (Others):
- Marketing and Communications: Develop a Market specific 'Marketing and Communications' Strategy outlining what the approach is to engage with the wider Market to drive AtkinsRéalis business performance.
- Thought Leadership: Produce thought leadership articles and papers in alignment with the Market 'Marketing and Communications' Strategy.
- Peer Review: As required provide Peer Review activities for adjacent Capability, Markets and Accounts.
- Performance Feedback (service levels): Communicate to business feedback on Market performance – deliverables, people, financial - positive or negative (integrity).
