Job Description

CERT The Centre of Excellence for Applied Research & Training is seeking a highly qualified Aviation Faculty Member to join our team.

This is a full-time position that requires the successful candidate to provide instruction in various Aviation Operations disciplines, including Air Operations, Airmanship, Navigation, Principles of Flight, and Meteorology. The ideal candidate will have a strong teaching background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.

The selected individual will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to students. They will also be required to maintain accurate records, participate in academic and extra-curricular events, and contribute to the development of the HCT by monitoring programs and identifying areas for improvement.

The successful candidate will possess a Master's Degree in an Aviation discipline, a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at a tertiary level, and excellent presentation and communication skills. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, while fluency in spoken and written Arabic is a plus.
