The Role
- Must have strong experience in QMS, documentation and procedures, data protection - Knowledge of Cyber Security, Competency assessor Training - Making sure that Training team are responsible for establishing and maintaining the training culture, faculties and operations contributing to the creation and maintenance of Training Centers of Excellence - Builds strong relationships with Management to ensure their cooperation in the provision of resources and assistance - Manages the overall responsibility for Technical Training Instructions, delivery, and resourcing. - Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvements of instructional and technical training delivery processes and practices

**Requirements**:

- Gather data, complete analysis and prepare trend and statistical reports. - Communicate the requirement of operational procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence - Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the Training operations - Provides Leadership to the team of Technical Training Managers, Team Leaders, instructors - Oversee the delivery of training and provide direction and recommendation to ensure quality of instruction meets the high international standards and regulations - Worked closely with the Managers, Team Leaders, Instructors
