About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a Luxury Hotel Cleaning Supervisor to join our Housekeeping Department at Zabeel House the Greens by Jumeirah. This position reports to the hotel General Manager.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing housekeeping attendants, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to our guests. You will interact with suppliers and contractors to guarantee quality and timely delivery of services and supplies.

  • You will conduct regular inspections of corridors, public areas, back of the house, and rooms to ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
  • Handle guest complaints according to customer feedback SOPs.

For this role, we are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience in a junior management role within housekeeping in a luxury hotel. A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or any other relevant field is required.
